HPC technical training and knowledge sharing session with UNIMAP

Flexcale Systems (Flexcale) has been awarded with a training project for UNIMAP. In this project, Flexcale has delivered High Performance Computing (HPC) training related to advanced topics such as HPC design and system administration, resource managers and parallel libraries. This project is a collaboration between Flexcale and its channel partner (Quantum Beez)

Malaysia Department of Environment (DOE) engages Flexcale Systems for scalable, robust IT Infrastructure

Department of Environment (DOE, under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environemnt) has awarded Flexcale Systems with a contract to setup a robust IT infrastructure to support its operational business-critical application.

In this project, Flexcale has worked closely with DOE's IT Division and its application vendor to deliver a fully integrated scalable IT infrastructure using Clustering and Virtualization technologies such as Linux, VMware and other reliable open source tools (such as MySQL, DBRD and Nagios).

"As an IT unit in one of the critical deparment in Malaysian Government, we serve both the public and internal users. A stable, cost-effective yet scalable and easy to use plaform is indeed a requirement for us to manage demanding transaction and requirements flawlessly. We have spoken to a few vendors but Flexcale has managed to assist us to achieve this, in a cost effective manner." - IT Officer, Department of Environment, Malaysia.
